Our Style of Worship

Worship is the heart of our shared life at Talmadge Hill Community Church. Each Sunday morning, we gather as a community to affirm God’s presence in the world, to be provoked by the great stories of our faith, to be inspired by talented musicians and vocalists, and to be comforted by the genuine warmth of caring people.

Non-doctrinal in nature, our worship is welcoming and less formal than many churches.  It blends the old and the new.  While the music tends towards the contemporary, we celebrate Communion each and every Sunday.  In all aspects of worship, we seek to be dynamic and relevant.

Children are always welcome in our worship services; and at the 10:30 service, Sunday School is offered for those between the age of 4 and the 8th grade.

What to Expect on a Sunday morning:

  • Genuine hospitality and warmth

  • Creative and inspiring music

  • A diverse collection of folks who share a common desire to deepen their spiritual lives

  • A message intended to strengthen faith, hope and love in everyday life
